However, they banned me because of unsubscribes. My topic was religion … which is controversial to begin with. What I found out is that Brevo staff is quite illiterate when it comes to understanding the legal meaning of SPAM. ALL emails are classified as SPAM (whether Opted-in or not) … but only deceitful or misleading emails are actually illegal … whether or not the subscriber likes the message. There was NO way to contact Brevo about this issue … and I would definitly NOT recommend this group of amateurs. That are just like a bunch of little parrots who want to play a game for show … and not bright at all.
